Perfect for a couple, small family or group of friends, this apartment is located on the first floor of Casa Balestra, an independent villa in San Lorenzo al mare. Upon arrival, guests can park their car in our private parking lot and arrange their bikes in the bicycle storage or on the bike rack. 

Climbing a staircase, you will reach the outside of the apartment: a partially covered paved patio with an outside sink, a washing machine, a garden umbrella, a table and chairs. 

Inside, the apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with: an induction hob, a sink, a plate rack, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a sofa bed, a table and chairs, a TV, cutlery, cookware, a moka pot and so on.

Then there is one bathroom with: a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a towel rack, a toilet paper holder, a toilet brush and a mirror. 

Finally, there is one spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a wardrobe, two night tables with two lamps and a dresser. The bedroom has access to a balcony. 

A crib and a high chair can be provided for families with babies upon request. 

Furthermore, guests can use our free Wi-Fi, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, drying racks and some cleaning equipment.
